I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RoadRunner in Jan 2023
Interview
It was an in-depth interview process. All stages of interviewing probably added up to about 2 hours. There was a virtual aspect where they asked different personality questions and had you solve different puzzles. That was my least favorite part of the interview process, but it was alright. If you pass that they bring you to the next step.

Question 1
They had you do a mock phone call as a part of the interview. Definitely useful to see if this job is a good fit.
We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear your statement about the mock call. This is an exercise that is designed to help one determine if this role is a fit and we hope it gives a real feel of the role itself. Thanks for sharing this and best of luck in your career!

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RoadRunner (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2026
Interview
Quick process compared to most places these days. Phone screen, one hour zoom interview with role play exercise. A decision seems to be made pretty quickly. Overall a decent interview timeframe.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RoadRunner in Aug 2025
Interview
Quick to respond. Extremely good at providing expectations throughout process. Ample opportunity for me to showcase my skills and for me to interview the various interviewers as well to see if the company was a good fit for what I was looking for.
It was a multi stage process. First was a series of questions, a survey and then in to an hour long one on one interview that was really just a conversation about past experience.
