It was simple and great. Friendly interviewers who explained the company and role well. It lasted 30 minutes. I got notified of the result in about a week. The training and onboarding went smoothly as well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Stuttgart)
Interview
I applied through the online system and received a response within two weeks as promised. The first round was a telephone interview with an HR lady who went through a list of standard questions, i.e. describe a situation in which you led a group of peers.
It was a bit awkward as there was no conversation but rather just one sided questioning and follow-up questions were not even adapted to my answers.
When I asked her something about the position she gave me a very vague response which sounded indicating she did not know anything about the position.
After another week I received a standard rejection without further details on what had gone wrong.
Overall, the lady was friendly and I received fast responses. However the manner with which the interview was conducted was rather offputting.
