Online aptitude tests followed by a one-way hireflix and in-person interviews, which took about 3 hours. There were a total of 3 rounds, with the first being a group interview. We had 20 minutes to come up with a solution, which was a bit odd, considering we were being "tested" with a hypothetical business question out of our scope, with candidates we had just met not even 30 minutes ago. The second interview was a whiteboard exercise requiring you to map out your approach to automating some process. The third interview was your average behavioral one, except they're essentially testing if you "fit" the company culture. Overall, the interviewers were great and helpful, but the emphasis on company culture just felt very overkill and redundant. You're expected to study the company's values, and the entire process just felt biased towards that rather than your experience/talent.
