First Round 30 minutes phone interview with Hire manager.
Second Round hankerank coding tests
Third Round Zoom interview with the Hire manager and some engineers , this round I got 2 live coding questions.
Behavioral and culture fit questions with an Engineering Director
Behavioral and culture fit questions with CTO
Behavioral and culture fit questions with a bar raiser
I declined the final interview as I got some offers from other companies
Comparing to startups in silicon valley, the coding interview is pretty simple and straight forward, they only require some very basic knowledge on data structures and algorithms.
In summary, the company focus more on behavioral and culture fit skills rather than a candidate's technical skill.
