After a screening call with a Recruiter, I received an online psychometric test, I then had a zoom interview with the VP of Recruitment in New York, and then an onsite interview with engineering leadership.

Question 1
Interview with the VP: Mainly process and sourcing type questions - more high level than deep detail. More a conversation around strategy/the day to day than anything else. Some questions around motivation, "Why Rokt?" etc. Interview with Engineer Leadership: Questions around stakeholder management/engagement, managing workflow/time, hiring for specific roles. There was also an exercise around sourcing for a specific role using LinkedIn recruiter
