Roku interview questions

Process started in early Jan'26. in chronological order: Hr screening, hiring manager screen, excel case study, loop with 3 people (final). very slow process (3 weeks between HM screening and case study), then almost a month before getting the final loop. Hr absolutely not responsive. mentionned that i am currently going through other processes. just don't care answering. i decided to take another role and not wait for their answer. as of mid april the role seems still open. i am suspecting a labor department job posting (needed for green card processing), in which case it's absolutely outrageous to keep candidates pending when they are investing time and energy in the process. overall: despicable process and awful interviewing experience.
