Interviewed for Senior Manager Ad Platform Business Development.
Initial HR screen interview was good, fairly probing, and professional and I was offered next round interview. These all took place on Zoom with US based interviewers - I was in UK.
My first interviewer was 10 mins late and proceeded to speak for 15 minutes then said they had to go to another meeting and asked me 2 questions. One about CTV in general and the other about was I ok doing uncomfortable things during negotiations. (???) There was no time for me to ask any questions - I was told to email questions if I had any. After chasing HR for feedback and next steps over the course of 2 weeks i was offered next round interview.
This interviewer was also very late, said they had too rush, continued to speak about the ro9le for most of the time and asked discussion based questions. At the end I asked if they were going to ask me any questions and they said that was not their style and they liked to screen the candidate through open conversation.
it took another 3 weeks of pestering HR to get ANY response and feedback - it was seriously radio silence. In the end I was told I had no LATAM experience and would not be proceeding, despite having never been asked about my LATAM experience at any stage.
Whole process took nearly 3 months in all. Terrible interview experience that was handled poorly to such a level that had I been offered I would have rejected as it highlighted that the HR core was not supportive.
