Rolls-Royce Control Software Developer interview questions

They call me back in one week after i applied. Interview was about my experiences, salary expectation and some informations about company. Interview was approximately 2 months ago and no response yet although i sent an email about my application progress. I can not understand why it is too hard for them to give feedback about me. During interview recruiter generally said perfect about my skills and experiences :)
