Comprised of three stages, initial presentation of why you are applying to Rolls-Royce, then an interview where your technical knowledge is assessed (personally the hardest part where I was presented with a random piece of a plane engine and had to describe its function and how it was made) then finally a group exercise where a robot had to be directed through a course.
