Interview
Two behavioral Interviews. The first interview was on campus. Once you make it to the next round the company will pay for you to come to New York for an interview. You will be interviewed by 4 different people: 2 buyers and 2 planners do determine where you fit best.

Question 1
Do you consider yourself a shopper? How would you define the word "humble"? How familiar are you with excel? Do you know what a Pivot Table is? Everything else is behavioral...For example tell me about a time you had to give someone difficult news? Tell me about a time you worked with someone you did not like? How did you handle it?

Interview
Round 1 was a 30 minute conversation with the campus recruiter. Round two was three back to back interviews with different buyers. Each buyer's interview was 30 minutes and behavioral.
The first interview was with the recruiter. After, I was offered a second round interview with three different employees within the company, who are buyers or merchandising VP's. Then I received an offer the following week of the second round.

First I met with the recruiter (first-round interviews). Then scheduled a final around of interviews, The process was 3 different 30-minute video interviews with buyers in the Los Angeles buying office. I enjoyed the experience.
