I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ross Stores (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2012
Interview
I applied online and got a call about 1 weeks later. I got a phone call saying they would like to interview me for the assistant buyer intern position, I was scheduled to come in the following day. I was interviewed by one lady. The interviewer asked me about my work experiences and my schools, education.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
