They called first to ask when I would be able to come for in person interview.
Spoke with the AM first who conducted most of the interview. Then said okay I think you're good , let me just get the store manager to confirm that you are hired.
It was a very easy and positive interview process. Got hired on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked questions like tell me something about yourself, what are your hobbies
Your availability, schooling (if you are currently in school)?
Was asked like 1 or 2 questions they just want bodies I think. It was not to serious or typical interview questions. Basically hired on the spot. The interviewer just seemed super busy and wanting to get it over with asap.
Brief easy to get through. The appointment was somewhat difficult to set up but the questions were simple and easy. There were two managers and no one else. It lasted about 30 mins and hiring took place the same day.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores in Jul 2024
Interview
Really easy questions about expected my expected pay vs what they offer, the rest is about skills, past work history, availability for hours as well. Very easy interview process that is straight forward, they showed me the working area, though in your interview they may not do that.
