I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Honolulu, HI) in Jun 2018
Interview
typical questions, quick and to the point. manager demonstrated experiment with interviews and only asked question that are necessary to the job. the interview was 5 minutes late due to emergency with customers which the manager addressed prior to the interview.
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I interviewed at Ross Stores (Flagstaff, AZ)
Interview
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
