Interview
I was brought into the break room to wait for a manager to become available. The store Manager took me into the office and asked a couple easy questions. Asked what areas I like/dislike the most and where I would feel most comfortable in the store.Told me upfront what the pay would be and that they hire people on as temp and evaluate after 30 days to see whether you're fit to continue with the company.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
