The Interview process begin with an initial phone call from a Rover.com "match lead" who asked me preliminary questions about the job, my understanding of the job description/hours, etc. The phone call ended with me being told I would be notified within 24hours if I would go onto the second interview.
2nd Interview: 2 hours long. A milestone interview for sure! A unique process, one I have never had the experience of going through, and in hindsight very much appreciated. The interview took place on google hangouts and I was interviewed by 4 people, 30 min. each, from various departments within Rover. I was a bit nervous going in (as most interview can make me) but by interview #4 I was feeling very comfortable with my responses. {not sure if this is intentional, but wow! I felt as if I didn't get what I needed to say with the first person, I most certainly said what I needed to by person #4!}
After the 2nd interview was complete, I was given another (72Hr.) to wait until I knew if I was going on to the next, and final interview with a supervisor.
The last interview was over the phone with a supervisor, and again, we talked about most of the same questions from interview 2.
I then received a phone call within 72 hours, and was welcomed into the Rover.com pack! I also received emails, and lots of clear communication on next steps, training, and scheduling.
