Rutgers University Program Coordinator II interview questions

Was emailed and selected for a phone interview. Was told would be informed if went on to in-person interviews soon but received a letter stating that they pursued another candidate.

I applied online and made it through to first phone interview. Interviewer was director of the Center for Women and Work. We had a 15 to 20 minute conversation going over particular details of the job, and emphasized that the position is grant-funded. Overall, it was normal, casual interview. Interviewer told me that they would notify me on whether or not I'd be going on to next round the week after, but it took them over 2 weeks to respond.
