SAP Concur interview questions

Filled out online application and received an email response within 48 hours to setup a call with HR. Phone interview with HR went very well. Typical questions such as background, corporate travel experience, salary, position info, etc. Phone call lasted approx. 30 minutes. It went very well and I was advised that I would be advancing to the next round interviews (was told there would be approx., 4 in all) and that it would be setup within the next week or 2. A few days later, I received an email advising that I was no longer considered for the position as they felt I was overqualified and thought I would be bored and leave the company quickly. I tried to explain that I would not be bored and that if I thought the job was beneath me, that I would not have applied for the position. Unfortunately, there mind was already made up and was told I was no longer being considered. Since then, I have applied for 3 other positions in the company that I am more than qualified for and either do not get a response unless I contact them multiple times (which is absurd) OR have a contact in the company get me a response. I have decided that I will no longer apply to this company as they are almost impossible to get a foot in the door. Their loss as I know their product like the back of my hand and would be a tremendous asset.

Coming from a contract position at Microsoft, felt the Accounting Director had a chip on her shoulder about former MS employees that won't say anything bad about Microsoft. Was deemed to be unfit for Sr. role despite being asked only 1 accounting question. Other interviewers only asked me about my past skills using Excel and personality questions.
