Interview process starts with a phone screen and then an in-person interview. If they like what they see, they call you in for a second interview that may or may not be with someone in top management. Process was quick and painless. Interviewer took the time to explain the company's history, mission and culture. Very upfront and honest about the work structure. Questions were thorough. Personality test was a lot of fun and interesting to see how you match up to the company culture.
