Question 1
Normal questions. Want to know who you are as a person.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied for the job with the recommendation from a recruiting company. The individual was not aware of this recommendation and did not seem to have any knowledge about me from my application or resume. Tried to ask questions about the company but individual had difficult time answering them as he had only been working there for a short time. Seemed to be reading off of a script and not paying attention to my answers. Did not receive further interview. When I requested feedback I was told other applicants had more experience than me. I pressed for feedback on my interview and was told "I do not have any further feedback at this time." Told me to get more sales experience and apply again in 6 months. Seemed unprofessional.

I had two phone interviews, and went through the onsite interview process and it was great! I never had a bad experience or feeling while I was there! Everyone there answered all my questions and were all willing to help you.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
1st phone interview, 2nd onsite interview with district sales manager, sales manager, sales training manager and sometimes the VP of Sales. They are looking to see if you are able to keep a conversation going. In the interview they look to see how good you are at asking questions. The VP often likes to fake a phone call during the interview to see the candidate's reaction.
