There’s three rounds in the whole process. First you have to take a test where you go over a couple of customer service scenarios and you need to be quick. There’s also a typing portion at the end of each scenario, and if you don’t do good on that, you probably won’t make it to the next round as was the case with me for my first time applying. The next round is a 5 minute phone interview where they ask two questions from a pool of questions they have. Then if they like you they’ll invite you to a speed dating format interview. There was 14 tables, 2 interviewers per table and you had 90 seconds to be asked and answer a question. I think they’re more focused on how you respond instead of what you say. As long as you’re nice, smiling, and energetic you’ll probably get a good score. After that if you get an email back they schedule a drug test and you have to complete a background check which is super easy. When I applied they said there was over 2k applicants. Only 150 made it to in person interviews and there was 36 open positions. Obviously it’s super competitive but they take really good care of you at this company and it’s a high work ethic community
