Interview
Online resume and application, followed by contact by HR for interviews. Met with HR rep for interview, then immediately after med with nurse manager and charge nurse for interviews, tour of area and opportunity to ask questions.

My reasons for being interested in their organization.
Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
You get contacted by the recruiter who works with the department director. You would interview with the director and often an interview with a few of the staff from the department.

Interview
Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
