Phone interview followed by in person interview. Phone interview was 15 minutes. In person closer to an hour. Follow up call by recruiting to discuss benefits and pay. Fairly straightforward process. Standard process across ssmhealth.

Describe a mistake you made and what you learned from it.
Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
You get contacted by the recruiter who works with the department director. You would interview with the director and often an interview with a few of the staff from the department.

Interview
Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
