Interview
The interview phone screening process was very relaxed and expect to answer the most common/general interview questions. They called on time when they scheduled the phone call. The phone screening process took about 20 to 30 minutes.
While first starting out they require you to complete an online video interview. I had made it through this process. I then had a phone interview with HR, then in person with the manager of the floor I applied to work on. I accepted the position.

Interview
Quick but formal interview which lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The employer asked me two questions. Then I ask them three questions about the company culture and the support they offer. The interviewer was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
