Zoom interview due to the times of COVID. Very impersonal, almost like manager did not have enough time to be interviewing at the time. Had six openings and insisted they hire new grads all the time so training would be no big deal. I can only assume my credentials, age, and years of experience caused me to “cost too much” for the company.

While first starting out they require you to complete an online video interview. I had made it through this process. I then had a phone interview with HR, then in person with the manager of the floor I applied to work on. I accepted the position.

Interview
Quick but formal interview which lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The employer asked me two questions. Then I ask them three questions about the company culture and the support they offer. The interviewer was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
