I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Safran (Paris)
Interview
After Connecting throur an agency I got invited to a surreal meeting with. Safran is seeing the need to change , but seem to be unclear about strategy . They are aware to require exteranl new input , but are not open to suggestions. the place is 90+% French - which is in an advantage in global markets.
I had Interesting technical discussions with experts but not all where at the top of there game or perhaps their English.
Discussion with management , while in transition was poor.
The all low is that they don't pay travel expenses . To get there you have to take a plane . Safran did pay the taxi, but that is it.
They seem to have a complete atered perception of what they are or what they are allowed to do with employees. While this seemed to be know among French , it was new to me.I would not recommend engaging in discusssion with Safran, unless this is not changing . They need to.
