Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, homework assignment due in 48 hours. Recruiter informed me homework assignment was to ‘’prove’ I knew how to do what my resume outlined. Big red flag! What kind of culture does this company have? Assignment was unclear and lacking data necessary to do analysis.
Easy phone interview but when I went to speak with the manager, she was very off-putting and rude. She acted like she wasn't even paying attention to our conversation and was highly offended when I mentioned we did things differently at my current job.
