Interview
I applied in mid April, had my first interview at the end of April and had an offer early June. The recruiter was incredibly organized and I was kept up to date every step of the way. Round 1 interview was with the hiring manager, round 2 was with 4 peers/stakeholders, and round 3 was a final interview with the director. Each interviewer was professional, timely and asked great/thoughtful questions.

The questions were behavioral and addressed core competencies (my recruiter told me the competencies ahead of time). The best question was: tell me about the 3 top requirements for this role and then rank them in the order in which you can perform them.

Interview
My interview process began with a conversation with the recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager, had 3 interviews with a panel, conducted a 30 minute presentation with the hiring manager and a peer, and then had an interview with the VP.

Interview
The whole interview process is extremely unstructured. Each individual interviewers had no understanding of what role/skills they are hiring for. Some of the managers took the interview, visibly lacks human part of working together - a clear sign of toxicity within the company. A sense of lack of problems they are trying to solve - they are only keen on expanding in Bangalore to take advantage of low cost workforce.

Interview
The interview was scheduled after about 6 weeks of applying online. It included a total of 6 rounds from recruiters, hiring manager to Senior Leader. The panel prefers responses to their questions in STAR framework and everyone was super friendly and nice which is something that I loved.
