The description provided prior to the interview was misleading. It painted a picture of a straightforward interview process. However, the questions asked and tasks given were not aligned with what was described, making it difficult to prepare adequately.
Despite the role being a relatively low-paying position, the interview process was excessively lengthy. It involved multiple rounds. This level of scrutiny seemed disproportionate to the role's responsibilities and compensation.
The company should provide clear details on the interview structure to avoid wasting both their time and that of potential employees.
