Interview
Contacted by an in-house recruiter through Linked-In and I replied that I was interested. The first interview was with an HR representative on the phone; originally set for 30 mins but it went over. It was clearly to get a better understanding of my background and to follow-up on clarification needed, I'm guessing, that the hiring manager wanted. He was very cordial and informative. I would say, made me excited about the opportunity. He passed me to the hiring manager for a phone interview and that was more detailed on my experience relevant to the position. It was set for 30 mins, but went for 50 mins. This manager was also very cordial and professional. Both interviews were a positive experience.
