Applied on LinkedIn and heard from HR a couple of days later. Four 30 min individual interviews with engineering manager and team members. Questions were to just make sure that you knew what they do and what team members do. Very easy interview and offered 3 days after the interview.

Multiple conversation rounds only. not interested in the technical aspect or even talking about technical. Do not use technical language, their QA lead understands nothing.
They are dreaming about using AI tools with a magic click and everything will be done.
They dont know how to code, build a framework for testing, or advanced methodologies. If you speak, you will alien from other planet.
If you talk about how to automate, CI/CD, docker you will bring them in different domain of the world.
Looks like they are not hiring anyone , just gathering knowledge,
