I applied online through LinkedIn and was contacted four days later requesting a 1-hour interview with the Sr. Vice President/Director of Operations and hiring manager, with my choice of in-person or video interview. I chose the in-person interview, scheduled for the following week. The questions comprised of technical and situational questions about my experience, skills, software use, and in-field experiences. The panel was warm and friendly yet professional and was willing to answer any questions I had. After the interview, I met with a member of HR for 15 minutes to briefly review potential benefits and next-steps. I received an offer the following week and after a brief negotiation period, I accepted the offer.
