The interview process was a 2-hour Microsoft Teams meeting that was divided into three parts: a meeting with an HR representative, a meeting with one of the managers, and a meeting with one of the senior managers.
The meeting with the HR representative included an overview about the benefits, promotion paths and cycles, requirements and standards expected of an employee, and a quick run-down on the experiences I wrote down on my resume.
The interview with the manager was more in-depth about my work experience and finding out if my background matched what they were looking for. We ended the interview by talking about any hobbies that I may have, as S&L has a number of programs where employees can bond over hobbies.
The interview with the senior manager was mostly the same as with the manager, but we strictly talked about work. I was requested to run through a typical project lifecycle I had, from idea to deployment/submission/delivery, to see how similar it is to S&L's process.
All of them were very impressed with my background, answers and demeanor, and so they extended an offer of employment, which after a bit of negotiation, I accepted.
