Saviynt interview questions

Started with phone calls, then in person meetings with some of the people in related roles. We discussed where the company is going, and how my background relates to what could be done to further their efforts. I also talked with people who know the company to get some back door references, and and then accepted an offer.

After applying to their post on my University Career site, I was called for an onsite interview. Round 1 :- A Basic test on SQL questions. Round 2 :- A technical interview on your past projects Round 3 :- A technical interview again with some behavioral questions. I was given a verbal offer by the end of the day without any indications of the base salary. One week later received an offer letter with a base salary way below my expectation. Approximately $25k less than average salary in Los Angeles for a technical role. I tried following up with them regarding this, but they did not respond at all. The CEO of the company is so damn busy that he does not respond to any mails and no follow up from the company whether I am accepting the offer or not. Really they wasted my time by calling for an onsite interview. Kindly please beware of this and don't waste your time interviewing for this company.
