ScribeAmerica interview questions

After completing the application, I received email about interview opportunity the next day, I drove to the interview site the following day. The interview was pleasant. Two people interviewed me. They looked at my resume and asked typical interview questions. They seem nice. After the interview, I receive an email stating that there is no position available at this time. They recommended me to keep applying.

After I filled out the application, I heard back from the chief scribe from my location within two weeks. They told me that there were no openings at that time, but that I should email them each month to see if any would open up. I did what was instructed, only to never receive an email back. I filled out the form on the ScribeAmerica website to get an update on my application, which they said would take up to two weeks. After three weeks with no update, I called HR department, who simply told me to refill the initial application, which I did. After two weeks, I finally hear back from the chief scribe (after two and a half months) who told me there were still no openings. Later, I find out that the location I applied to has only one scribe working there at all times, which was the chief scribe himself. Of course there are no openings - there is only one spot and I'm talking to the person who has it. Incredibly misleading and unprofessional.
