I had a mock interview at Minnesota Mutual as part of my undergraduate degree in actuarial science at the University of Minnesota. The building is easy to access with good parking and public transportation. The interviewer was very professional and attentive. She answered all my questions and offered to contact her if I ever have more questions. Minnesota Mutual seemed like a nice company to work for.

Interview
Very good interview process, was able to meet with the chief actuary. Invested a lot of time and resources into a potential summer intern. Not ideal but second round interviews could either be virtual or you could go into their office in St. Paul with no gas reimbursement
First stage is a 30 minute phone call with someone from the talent acquisition department. It's super chill and they only talk about the role and the rest of the recruitment process.
