Interview
I first applied via my school's recruiting website. Then, I had an on-campus interview with them. It was pretty relaxed (just talked about my resume and they asked me about my high school activities). About a week after, I was asked to schedule a several round interview at their building. It involved 6 half-hour interviews, and lunch with another actuary I wasn't interviewing with.

Question 1
What do you know about Markov Chain Monte Carlo methods?
Met a representative at my college job fair. Set up a time for a phone interview the next day. Very nice and educated recruiter with a true of the company. Representative stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and helped me balance the other interviews I had at the same time. Heard back within 2 weeks about a second interview. Overall very positive experience for first time interview.
