Interview
Submitted an online application on the website, got a call from the recruiter a couple days later and we did a brief phone interview. Went on-site for an interview the next week. The first part of the interview was with the HR recruiter and was mainly based on my resume. They were particularly interested in leadership qualities. The second part of my interview was with management. Mostly behavioral questions. There was little time allotted for me to ask questions.

Involves three interviews for all internal and external individuals. 1 with the phone screener, 1 with the HR recruiter, and 1 with the hiring supervisor.
There's also skills test, typing tests, and personality tests.
