The process started with about a 15 minute phone call with a recruiter. During that call I was asked to schedule a follow up video call interview. This first video call interview was with the local underwriting management. The recruiter followed up with me a few days after the first video call interview asking if I could schedule a second video interview. This second video call was with the regional president and VP of underwriting.
Each interview asked very similar questions about interest in the program before going into one or two other more "how would you / how have you" type questions. I got the vibe that they were really just looking for people that were passionate about the industry and position, and that had professional qualities and were generally competent.
