It was a very effective and thorough interview process. They brought aboard all the great faces of their employees and managers from Service Express. Throughout the process they asked important questions to confirm if I was a correct fit for their company culture or not and my previous experiences with jobs. The whole process lasted an hour and a half and it gave you a full perspective on the culture that was to be embraced and where you can find yourself in that mix. I was greeted with smiles from the beginning to the end. Made it less stressful and robotic as some interviewing processes can be. They really look forwarding getting to know you!

Short answer: Straightforward and professional with a fast response time.
Longer answer: In an age where interviews are often multiple rounds and involve unpaid labor/lots of time between decision-making periods, I felt like this interview process was timely, thoughtful, and very helpful for both me and my employer without asking for too much.

Usually a 5 part process - with lots of questions looking at growth mentality and future growth mentality. They also look to see you communicate and build rapport with current employers who will interview you at one point.
