Interview
They call to have phone interview, then they will give you a project to finish, it is about their product management system. After that, they will invite you to do on site interview, require you to give code presentation.

Question 1
The testing project is not small. It require both frontend and backend support. I have done this job for more than 8 years, it still took me around one day to finish. I now suspect if they just want to use interview to fish your thought and see how to solve their problem.
