Interview
Interview process was loooong...close to 8months. However it was the right decision. After my initial meeting, recruiter told me they just hired someone for my role and to sit tight for 3-4 weeks for an update. 3 weeks later, they reach out with an updated. The update was, not now but we're opening a roll in 2months, we'll call you then. In 2months they reached back out and explained the process, stuck to the process. My point is they stuck to their deadlines, outlined the process, stuck to the process. There wasnt any fear of being ghosted because they were always providing some level of update even if there wasnt an update.
