Interview
I only had a screening interview but my experience was less than ideal.
A few days after submitting my application a member of their talent acquisition emailed me to schedule a 20 minute call. 7 minutes after the call was scheduled to take place I received an email asking to reschedule as she was in a meeting that had overrun.
A week passed before rescheduling due to her annual leave, which is fair as everyone has time off. This time she's 4 minutes late and when I answer I can't hear anything. I hang up, she calls back, there's an echo. In the end I call back off my other number. There's still a lag but she admits she's been experiencing technical difficulties all week. The call was awkward, we kept talking over each other because of the delay. It was genuinely just disappointing. The following day I received a note to say I wouldn't be invited to the next stage.
