The interview process wasn't stressful at all. First you submit your application and resume through their corporate website. Then a recruiter gets in contact with you for an initial interview. They ask about the type of person you are and what position and location you're looking for. Then you'll meet with a second person for an interview at an office. Your skills and credentials are reviewed. They inform you about the corporation and office. If everything goes well, they let you know within a few days when you can start working as a dental assistant.

Interview
Interview process was really smooth. The recruiter was very thorough, informative and professional throughout the process. I would say the interview is pretty average, they asked what I was able to do, what I look for in the job, etc. They were very accomodating!

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Smile Brands (Denver, CO) in Jul 2018
Interview
From beginning to end my interview process took perhaps a week. It helped that I had experienced my externship through my career college at this location. I submitted the application paperwork, set up a time for an interview, and made sure I showed up on time with bells on.
