I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snap (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Was contacted by a staffing agency and discussed the role with them. Then scheduled an Interview via Google Meet with 2 Snap producers. No one joined on their end. I called the recruiter to confirm the time and date and was later informed that they were stuck in a meeting that ran late. Not sure why they couldn’t send a quick email to let me know. At this point, it was clear that they do not value other peoples time. The interview was rescheduled but what really annoyed me was that they did not apologize for wasting my time the first time around.
