The interview was very straightforward. The manager was kind and asking very clear questions. There were two rounds, the first is with HR second is with the manager of the team.

HR & hiring manager did not communicate well and expected interviewee to be there within same day of notice for interview. Hiring manager looks closely at academics results mostly with some job technical knowledge. Snobbish feel from panel.
