Excellent experience for a Junior Sales Position!
1) First interview with Talent Specialist : background presentations, extensive description of the job, discussion about salary expectation, questions on motivation and personality - very good
2) Second interview with manager - loved to have a discussion with potentiel future manager early on in the process - background discussion, more details about the day-to-day and role objectives. Overall, normal discussion to see if we would like to work together - not felt like a interview but more a discussion - excellent
3) Interview with a senior from the team : more technical interview : mock cold call, questions about how to manage rejection, how to behave with potential customers, very "in the job" interview. Liked that this interview allowed me to put me in the shoes of my role and see if it matches
4) Interview with Director Sales Europe - very quick and efficient : no more technical questions but more of a confirmation / introduction
5) Last round with CFO - discussion about motivation, way of working, sales in general. Very interesting for a junior like me to discuss with a C-level in the recruitment process.
Process took about 1.5 months in total (early summer) ; Recruiter always here to answer questions and call when needed ; Professional discussions for salary negociation
