I was invited to take an online personality test and a timed aptitude test--about 45 minutes to an hour total-- then had a Zoom interview where I had to take the aptitude test again while the talent acquisition specialist was on her screen, presumably to make sure I hadn't cheated the first time. She told me the next step would be to talk to the Director of Marketing, but that person was on vacation. Several weeks later, I followed up, asked if I was still in the running for the position and was told I was. I never heard from them again. Advice to Sovos: If you are going to ask people to take a personality test, and an aptitude test twice, have the courtesy to let them know they didn't get the job. So rude.
