It was quick and relatively painless. 1st call was introduction with in-house recruiter, sent me a aptitude test to take. Mostly vocabulary and some basic problem solving. Scheduled a time to take the same test it again in "Live Time" a day later... Then a phone call with my Territory Manager and then another conference call with Territory manager and a Territory manager from another region. It was rapid fire Questions cant ask for an explanation of the question answer how you interpret it. Flew me out to HQ, Gave a short presentation in front of management and staff members. Sat with a few different executives for 20-30 minute interviews... They decided to offer on the spot.
