Started out with an interview with the recruiter. Then took an intelligence test everyone here has described. Then took on that was proctored. Followed up by another interview with sales directors of the various regions. They already had someone they liked for the job apparently which is fine but after spending a number of weeks and a lot of time prepping never was notified that I was out of the running. That to me is pretty bush league. I mean really how hard is it to say 'thanks but no thanks'? Another red flag is management had been out of the sales game too long and you could tell. In other words professional managers (think TPS reports) with no real sales experience.
