I applied online with a resume, and answered all their personal questions. Within 5 minutes of hitting complete I had an e-mail from an HR guy in MN. This e-mail prompts you to follow a link and take 2 tests. One personality and one timed SAT style test. So I followed the link and took the tests. I then let then gentleman know that I took the tests. A few days later I get another e-mail to set up a time for a phone screen....well, not really a phone screen, more like a video screen. This second part they talk to you over a video web app and watch you take the SAT test again so they know your not cheating. Using a calculator or dictionary to take the test is not allowed. After being watched taking the test and answering this guys scripted-non-job-specific questions he said that I would hear about the next steps in one to two days. That was 2 weeks ago. Unprofessional and I doubt using this process they hire anyone worthwhile, or a fit for any position. Don't bother, it's a wast of time. There are plenty of other good companies that will hire you without looking at what's in the room with you while you take an SAT test.
